LONDON, November 25 2021, Global Switch (“Global Switch or the Company”), a leading owner, operator and developer of large-scale network dense, carrier and cloud neutral multi-tenanted data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific, notes the recent media speculation regarding a potential sale of the Company with interest reported as having being shown from a number of different investment and data centre firms.

Global Switch’s shareholders have informed the Company that they continue to evaluate their options to potentially introduce international strategic investors to the Company and create liquidity for their stakes at the same time.

This evaluation is progressing but no formal transaction process has yet commenced.

Any further announcements will be made in due course, as and when appropriate.
